Winter 2018 Boot Camp Schedule 

Are you ready to get active and feel great? Our Boot Camp program gives you the perfect opportunity! Taking place three days per week, Boot Camp includes a great mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises through activities such as walking, jogging, drills, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, yoga, Pilates and much more. The program will run both inside and outside, so dress for the weather! Spaces full up quickly, so register today! Boot camp participants will meet in the parking lot of Abbotsford Middle School.  All levels are welcome!

Participants need to bring a yoga mat, a stability ball and two 5 pound weights.
